VLTC was in attendance at the Rio Grande Valley Builders Association General Lunch meeting on Wednesday, May 10th at Casa de Palmas with featured speaker Mr. Victor Perez, President & CEO of Pharr Economic Development discussing the city’s projects, not only in south Pharr (produce & industrial park) but also have retail stores and restaurants coming into north Pharr and in the Top Golf Area.
