Started off our morning at LSNB Corporate with 60 plus realtors and staff for THE FIRPTA PROCESS where our attendees learned what FIRPTA is, who pays for it, what is a FIRPTA affidavit and how much should be withheld for FIRPTA. Marc Enzi, CFP with Tax Solutions did a fabulous job educating the attendees. A HUGE thanks to LSNB Corporate kitchen for the yummy breakfast tacos.
